You may slide the order form through the slot on the door\, and we will process the form (your credit card information is secure) and mail your tickets to you. If you wish to pay by cash\, you may place cash in an envelope with your order form\, it is secure and we will mail your tickets to you. If you wish to make arrangements to receive your tickets in person and make payment at that time\, contact Mary England\, cell 619-251-7730. She will make those arrangements with you.\n\n\n3. Make payments\; we accept PayPal (see right sidebar)\, credit cards (via the Order Form or over the phone at 619-465-7700) and cash. Note: Your ticket is not reserved until we receive payment.\n\n\n\n4. We will mail out tickets on orders made no later than June 5th\, 2017. After that date\, you may have your tickets held at Will Call at the event.\n\n \nPARKING INFORMATION\n\n\n\nVIP Parking:\n VIP ticket entry starts at 5:00 p.m.\, an hour before the General Admission ticket holders. Also please note that the VIP ticket holders receive preferred parking\, which is in the upper lots to include the Community Center\, Nan Couts Cottage and the Pool and Golf Course area. We will have a shuttle that will pick you up at the pool area lot if you end up parking there. After 5:30 p.m.\, we cannot guarantee parking in these VIP areas. The parking lot on Allison between Pine and Palm will once again be used as a shuttle location so you may park for free after 5:45 p.m. in the lot or on the street and catch our shuttle bus to the Community Center. You can also park anywhere near the Community Center on University or elsewhere and walk up to the event.\n\n\n\nGeneral Admission Parking:\n General Admission ticket entry starts at 6:00 p.m. and you will not be allowed in the event until that time. Also please note that the VIP ticket holders receive preferred parking in the upper lots\, so General Admission ticket holders will not be allowed past the ball field other than to drop off patrons that need assistance. The parking lot on Allison between Pine and Palm will once again be used as a shuttle location so you may park for free after 6:00 p.m. in the lot or on the street and catch our shuttle bus to the Community Center.
