In 2010\, the cities of El Cajon\, La Mesa and Lemon Grove entered into a joint exercise of powers agreement for management and delivery of fire protection and emergency medical services.  This management team is known as Heartland Fire & Rescue.  Fire Chief Stowell joined our Fire Department on November 7th after leaving the San Diego Fire Department after 28 years.\n\n\n\nEnjoy a hearty breakfast of eggs Benedict\,scrambled eggs\, bacon\, sausage\, potatoes\, fresh fruit\, coffee\, juice and more.  The Chamber hosts a raffle\, a fast paced and fun-filled breakfast program in a relaxed\, social setting.
