Less than 29% of e-waste is currently properly dismantled and/or recycled. Electronic discard is one of the fastest growing segments of our nation's waste stream. 70% of heavy metals\, 40% of lead and mercury contents found in today's landfills are from e-waste. June 12\, 2009\, new federal mandate requires that television stations switch from analog format to digital format\, which means a greater number of televisions will become obsolete within the next several years. \n\n\n\nE-waste includes: electronic products or devices that have reached their useful end\, whether in working condition or not. We accept Computer Monitors\, Television sets\, PC Systems\, Printers\, Laptops\, Copiers\, Scanners\, Fax Machines\, Toner Cartridges\, UPS & PDAs\, Power Supplies\, Main Frame Units\, Networking Equipment\, Mother Board Systems\, VCR/VCD/DVD Players\, Home Entertainment Systems\, Landline and Cellular Phones\, & Small Portable Devices. We also accept car and forklift batteries.
