DESCRIPTION:Grossmont Center is making plans to have this Veterans Day bigger and better than ever and a celebration to remember! The La Mesa Chamber is proud to be a sponsor of this event and join Grossmont Center and the following sponsors to make this Veterans Day weekend so special. The sponsors joining Grossmont Center are: La Mesa Chamber\, East County Chamber\, Rico's Barbershop\, Avia Salon & Day Spa\, Crisis House and La Mesa Park & Rec.\n\n \n\nThe festivities happen on Friday\, November 10th from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. as the Navy Band SW 32nd St. Brass Band gives you a taste of New Orleans as they perform upbeat music that makes you feel like you're celebrating on Bourbon St.\n\n\n\nOn Saturday\, November 11th the fun begins at the Oasis Wellness Center as they host a technology fair from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Then from 3 - 5 p.m.\, join us for our FREE ice cream social with Max FM & Mighty 1090 as we celebrate Veterans Day. Don't forget to take a selfie at our Hummer photo-op. Close the night out from 5 - 7 p.m. with a FREE performance by The Heroes in the Courtyard.\n\n \n\nALL veterans\, active and former military\, along with their families are invited to join Grossmont Center for a FREE ice cream social\, FREE entertainment\, many offers from businesses throughout the Center. Join us all and make memories that will last a lifetime!
