DESCRIPTION:Homelessness is a serious and catastrophic problem. Our downtown areas and neighborhoods have become locations for homeless encampments. A group of concerned San Diego leaders will not sit idly by and watch the demise of our cities. They have created a plan and endorsed the concept of immediately implementing Sunbreak Ranch\, as the comprehensive homeless solution for San Diego and the United States.  Our own local hero\, Bill Walton has been vocal about this project and has currently been joined by 73 local leaders (and the list keeps growing) of the Endorsement Team to support Sunbreak Ranch.  \n\n\n\nCouncil Member Laura Lothian\, a member of the Sunbreak Ranch Endorsement Team has asked the La Mesa Chamber to share the vision and mission of Sunbreak Ranch with local businesses and leaders. We have arranged the following meeting and encourage you to be our guest and attend this informational meeting.
