DESCRIPTION:The La Mesa Community Relations and Veterans Commission will\n\nbe hosting a presentation by Timothy Mathues\, Veteran Outreach Program\n\nCoordinator at the County of San Diego Office of Military and Veteran Affairs at their next meeting on August 23\, 2017\, at 5:30 pm at the La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center located at 8450 La Mesa Blvd. The public is welcome to attend.\n\n\n\nAn overview of professional services and resources offered through the Office of Military & Veterans Affairs for military veterans and their dependents and survivors who are entitled to benefits from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs\, the State of California\, and other agencies will be provided. For more information contact Sue Richardson at (619) 667-1322 or srichardson@ci.la-mesa.ca.us.\n\n\n\nThe County of San Diego Office of Military & Veterans Affairs provides a Veterans Services representative at the La Mesa Adult Enrichment Center every Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist veterans\, their dependents\, and survivors with filing claims at no cost.
