Jan has held various positions and received awards in the real estate industry such as: 2018 was President\, Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors\, in 2019 recipient of the Broker of the Year\, Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors\, 2019 recipient\, REAL awards (top 10%of REALTORS in all of San Diego County) and in 2021 served as Treasurer\, Women's Council of Realtors of Realtors\, San Diego.
