La Mesa Kiwanis Election Forum and Luncheon
LA MESA KIWANIS TO HOLD ELECTION FORUM AND LUNCHEON OCTOBER 1
To provide La Mesa voters the opportunity to get to know the candidates running for Mayor and City Council on the November ballot, the Kiwanis Club of La Mesa will hold a candidate’s forum and luncheon 12 noon to 2 pm on Friday, October 1, in Nan Couts Cottage in the La Mesa Community Center Complex.
Each candidate will be given two minutes to introduce themselves and state why they are seeking office.
After all candidates have spoken, written questions will be received from the audience. La Mesa Kiwanis Club Board Member Eric Lund will moderate the forum.
A catered lunch by Tony Zambelli will be served at a cost of $10 per person.
